Mollie supports all the world's leading credit card brands. Using a credit card and a debit card are similar. However, unlike credit cards, debit cards debit the amount directly from the customer's bank account. Some customers prefer this payment method as they can track their purchases in real time. You will receive the payout five working days after the order has been dispatched. Klarna assumes the full credit and fraud risk.
As a consumer-oriented company, Klarna bases variables such as costs and availability of its products on the location of your customer. Depending on the retailer, the invoice is sent either by email, separately by post or together with the goods. You can view all your invoices here or in the Klarna app at any time.
If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can "report a problem" in the Klarna app so that your invoice is paused until you have been able to resolve your issue with the merchant.
Good to know: You can find the payment term or payment information for your invoice here or in the app at any time. Easily check in the app whether your payment for your invoice has been received. We recommend that you make all your payments directly in the Klarna app to avoid possible incorrect transfers or reminders.
