Shipping & delivery times

Delivery is carried out by the GLS parcel service or another parcel service provider.

Standard shipping via GLS takes 2-3 working days within Germany and 5-7 working days outside Germany.

Please note that these are standard times on the part of the parcel service (GLS). Boos Blocks International does not guarantee compliance with these standard times.

The delivery time can be found in the respective details for the product selected in the store.

The period begins on the day the contract is concluded and, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the executing bank if it is a SEPA transfer in EURO, otherwise the period begins 5 bank working days after the payment order is issued.

The delivery period ends at the end of the last day of the period.

If the deadline ends on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the following working day.

The delivery time stated for each product refers to shipping within Germany.

No shipping costs for orders over 200 € in Germany.

Deliveries to non-EU countries are subject to additional duties, taxes and fees.

Products with a truck symbol are offered with shipping by a forwarding agent.

The following applies:

- A telephone notification/advice of delivery by the shipping company is necessary, so please always state your telephone number.
- The freight costs apply per delivery.
If you order several items, they are only charged once.

The goods will be delivered to you curbside free.

We charge a freight charge of EUR 49.00 incl. VAT.

We deliver particularly heavy or large items with a 2-man service. These items are marked with a corresponding note. Unless otherwise specified, your order will be delivered by two employees to the final installation location, including to upper floors, and the packaging material will be disposed of directly.

We charge a freight charge of EUR 79.00 incl. VAT.

For deliveries by forwarding agent outside Germany, please contact our customer service.

Please note that deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional costs for customs duties and import sales tax. These are not included in the product price or the shipping costs and are due upon receipt of the delivery.

These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as we only charge the transportation costs for the parcels. For detailed information, please contact your local customs office.
