Returns within Germany:

The item you wish to return is unused and the plastic packaging is unopened. Please contact us by e-mail at info@boosblocks.eu or here.

We will send you a prepaid GLS parcel label with which you can arrange the return shipment. As soon as we have received your return, we will initiate the refund in the same way as you made your payment. A refund for payment on account is excluded.

Returns outside of Germany:

Please send your return back to us at your own expense and send us a receipt for the costs incurred, which we will be happy to reimburse to you.

Cancellation policy & cancellation form

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Notwithstanding the above, in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Espresso Perfetto Deutschland GmbH, Heinrich-Hertz-Str. 27 A, 40699 Erkrath, Deutschland, Tel.: 021130142500, Fax: 021130142501, E-Mail: info@espressoperfetto.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned to us by post (forwarding goods) are estimated at a maximum of around 50 euros for each such item.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transportation damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
