The Boos® Blocks kitchen and serving trolleys consist of a sturdy stainless steel base frame and a high-quality hardwood worktop. The solid wooden tops are made from sustainably grown North American maple, cherry or walnut and are ideal for daily, intensive kitchen work. If desired, the worktop of your kitchen and serving trolleys can be manufactured in a face wood construction, which offers additional advantages. The vertical arrangement of the wood fibers in the end grain construction protects the blade of your knife and absorbs increased pressure particularly effectively. We also offer the worktops in elegant black walnut. This wood is characterized by its deep, dark colour intensity and is a proud part of our elegant Black Walnut Collection. Regardless of the chosen finish, the solid worktop of our Boos® kitchen trolleys guarantees exceptional durability and stability.
Kitchen trolley from Boos® Blocks - Functional combination of wood and stainless steel
Our kitchen trolleys and serving trolleys are available in different versions. On some models, you can remove the solid worktop and use it as a stand-alone chopping board - ideal for flexible use in the kitchen or when serving. Depending on the model, the stainless steel base frame has one or two intermediate shelves for additional storage space and a towel holder for greater convenience. The Cucina Kitchen & Wine serving trolleys have premium stainless steel shelves that can be used as wine racks to perfectly round off a summer barbecue outside!
Our Boos® kitchen trolleys and serving trolleys can therefore be used flexibly and individually to suit your cooking style.

Where Steel Meets Wood...
Over 100 years ago, John Boos & Co. motto was "Where steel meets wood, Boos Blocks® are best." Back then, wood was the material par excellence for cutting surfaces of all kinds. The large, heavy butcher blocks were the perfect counterpart to the steel of high-quality knives and other cutting implements. Decades later, however, this motto has taken on another meaning. In the Boos® workshops, hardwood and stainless-steel were combined to create this collection of functional and elegant Kitchen Carts. Again, the two materials met, but this time in a completely new way.
